August Safari to Kenya and Tanzania

We went on a 21-day trip to Kenya & Tanzania visiting various parks. The safari companies were recommended by friends. It was good and we saw all the animals we expected.
Safari Operator Performance
We used Gofan Safari for Kenya, and Flash Safaris for Tanzania. They were recommended by Dutch friends.The trips were good. The guides were friendly and nice guys. They respected our wishes during the safari. When some problems in the organization developed, they found a good solution and they feel responsible.
Accommodation
Mara sidai camp, Massai Mara, Kenya: the food was bad, most of the staff was not really friendly.Arusha at Flash Safaris' home: nice surrounding, good food (thanks to Nixon and Christina), comfortable stay.
Migunga camp, Lake Manyara: nice atmosphere, the tent was quite comfortable, the food was average, the staff was friendly.
Kenzan luxury camp, Serengeti: very friendly staff and very good service. The food was tasty and the camp really an experience.
Bougainville Lodge, Ngorongoro NP: nice surrounding, good food, friendly staff.
Flame Tree Cottage, Zanzibar: Nice hotel, the food was ok, the staff was polite but not very friendly.
Food
The breakfast was always the same with toast, fruits and eggs.The lunch boxes were ok, sometimes good, sometimes not so good, but always really enough.
The dinner was mostly good, traditional food only 3 or 4 times.
Wildlife
We saw all the animals we expected to see.Other Activities
We also did snorkelling and diving, it was good but very expensive comparing with other countries.Tips and Advice
To attend to the distances between the different stations because of the driving time. Sometimes we had long terms to sit in the car.Don't forget your camera.
