JT Safaris Review

There are too many highlights to list them all but seeing herd of elephants so close that you can nearly touch them is not something that I will ever forget.
Safari Company Performance
JT Safaris' (enquire about a safari with this company) performance was brilliant - couldn't fault it at all.
Please note that someone is trying to use Julius' name and his good reputation to generate business - please make sure you contact JT Safaris (Julius Nzumbo).
Julius also does other trips, we went on a "Paradise Lost" trip and I cannot recommend him more highly.Wildlife
Ronnie (Ronaldo) our driver was very friendly and personable and was particularly skilled in spotting the wildlife, of which we have some tremendous photos!
We saw 4 out of the Big 5 - the rhinos were hiding unfortunately... However, we did see giraffes, all sorts of antelopes, elephants, lions, cheetahs, warthogs ("Kenyan Express"!), baboons, a leopard, all kinds of birds including an eagle on a freshly killed carcass, hippos, crocodiles, lizards and lots more.Accommodation
We stayed at the Ngulia and Aruba Lodges. Ngulia was quite tired and worn out but clean with good facilities, whilst Aruba was brand new, with excellent facilities. We could've stayed at Aruba a lot longer! We saw a herd of 25 elephants come down to the watering hole outside of the lodge garden area. It was a spectacular scene to behold.Tips and Advice
If you are staying anywhere near Ukunda then I would recommend using JT Safaris. If you look at Tripadvisor as well, you will see that Julius Nzumbo comes very highly recommended.
