Wildlife pictures of South Africa animals like the ones above always seem to show a huge variety of different species.

  There is a good reason for this...

The game reserves there are renowned for having a big diversity of wildlife to point your camera at.

In fact, the Kruger National Park is recorded as having the most species of animal in the whole of Africa.

Even the fabled Masai Mara and Serengeti reserves have to take a step back in this respect.
